Sample report

The Integrity Audit report, on synthetic data.

The report a VP of Sales or RevOps lead gets from an Integrity Audit, exported from KPI Shield's demo workspace: a fictional company and synthetic calls. Three pages, organization level, no rep names.

What's inside

Every number with its denominator.

What could not be measured says so. The report describes reported and observed discrepancies; it never states intent or estimates lost revenue.

  • Headline counts

Calls received, how many the evidence can settle, human conversations supported, and open review items.

  • Population and exclusions

Every imported record and why any was left out, such as a rep's notice not yet acknowledged. Nothing is dropped to improve a rate.

  • Evidence coverage

How many calls had a full or partial timed transcript, and how many only a call record.

  • Measures, each with n of N

Connect rate, supported human rate, disposition mismatch rate, automation and hold share. A zero or unknown denominator reads Unavailable.

  • Findings by rule

Each check's version, mode, findings and flagged attempts, with how many are open, confirmed or dismissed.

  • Team comparison

Only for teams above 100 eligible attempts across 5 active days, with sample sizes. Reps are never ranked.

In the app

The same numbers, live.

The audit report is a snapshot of the overview your reviewers work from every day, and the metric-design review sits next to it.

The KPI Shield overview: calls received, evidence coverage, human conversation supported and technical connection rates, each with n of N, and a table of reported dispositions against the outcome the evidence supports.
The overview: headline measures with n of N, and reported dispositions against what the evidence supports.
Metric design: dials, answered calls and talk minutes per rep-day against the team's targets, a note that the 120-minute talk-time target is above what the connect math supports, and answered calls by attempt number.
Metric design: whether the targets fit the team's connect math.
